We started building products in India and hit a wall — we thought we needed more capital. So we began obsessing over our own cash flow. We unlocked money stuck in cycles, idle bank accounts and operational inefficiencies, making sure every rupee was always working instead of sitting idle. That's when we realised almost every business was sitting on the same missed opportunity. This led us to build Treasur.
